Luminous photo paper accumulates light from any sources and then glows in the dark for more than 6 hours.
It can be printed on a conventional inkjet printer. (Not on laser!)
Your picture will lie on top of the light-accumulative layer, which means that the light parts of the photo will glow in the dark, and the black elements will block the glowing layer.

Luminous photo paper will be stored in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 40 degrees Celsius. Shelf life - 20 years.
